Rates

Price conditions and reductions

• Breakfast: 13,00 Euro per person and day
• All prices are per day per apartment (2 persons).
• For each additional person over 8 years we charge 15,00 Euro per day.
• The prices are for a minimum stay of 7 days.
• For stays of less than 7 days, we charge a minimum surcharge of EUR 10.00 or the price of the high season per person and day.
• The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Wlan, electricity, heating, garbage fees, car parking, bread delivery service and the final cleaning.
• There is an additional visitor’s tax of 2.50 Euro per Person and day, children under the age of 14 are free. The local tax includes the Mobilcard, which allows you to use all public transport to the valley station of the cable car Alpe di Siusi.

Discounts for children

• Children up to 2.99 years have brakefast and stay free
• Children from 3 to 5.99 pay 7.00 Euro / day
• Children from 6th Age pay 10.00 Euro / day
• Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request

Pets
We charge 8.00 euros per day for your four-legged family member.
Please bring your pet's basket or blanket with you.

Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 200.00 Euro per week has been paid. Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.


Bank details

Payment
Please pay cash on site. Since December 6th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above Euro 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14 o'clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14 o'clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellations
We are glad that you have decided to spend your holidays in our house. In the case that something unforeseen happens, and you are not able to start your journey, we have the following conditions: Up to 3 months before your arrival you can cancel without any cancellation fees, only the deposit will be kept. From 3 months to 4 weeks before your arrival, we charge 3 days of the whole price. Within the last 4 weeks before the date of your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge 100% of the price for short-term cancellations (4 days before the beginning of the holidays) and for late arrivals or early departures. Any existing deposit will be included in the cancellation fee.
